Suncoast Executive Health ProgramSM has partnered with top specialists in Southwest Florida, many with ties to major medical and educational institutions, to provide you with expert care by highly qualified physicians and other health care specialists. Physician and healthcare provider bios are available on request when scheduling your custom comprehensive evaluation.

With the Suncoast Executive Health ProgramSM you will receive a comprehensive health assessment and physical, followed by health and lifestyle recommendations, packaged into a one or two day experience, depending on the options that you select. Your executive health physical will be performed at the Concierge Medical office of Wayne M. Burr MD, PL, though you need not be a member of the concierge practice to take advantage of this unique service.

Plan to have your annual physical in the comfortable setting of a Concierge Medicine practice, where our focus is always on personal service. If you need to conduct business while in our office, wireless internet connection and fax service is available for your use.

Nutrition Evaluation

Our Registered Dietitian will review your diet and medical history, discuss your specific lifestyle needs, and provide recommendations for improving your nutritional well-being. Disease specific nutrition counseling and intervention is also available.

Fitness Evaluation

A fitness evaluation will be done by a certified athletic trainer. Lifestyle and medical conditions will be taken into consideration in helping you establish your personal fitness goals. Recommendations will be made for an ongoing personal fitness program.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement
